VERMUT | Ambrato
RISERVA NATALE MARIO
“Of great character, brilliant. But also patient, well cared for and balanced, just like grandfather Natale"
ALC / VOL
Thanks to the recipes found and studied with attention, the Vermut Riserva Natale Mario was born: an elegant and unique infusion, still produced today with patience and care in a long and careful process, in which every botanist used needs a treatment ad hoc. Brilliant and intense, with an amber tone and hazelnut reflections, it hides a strong structure that is able to release all its strength, fully reflecting the character of Natale Mario.
Joining the different components together with Lombard wines, begins a phase of aging that takes several months, necessary to create balance and harmony between the different fragrances. It takes about six months to produce the Vermut Riserva Natale Mario, whose greatest quality is time. Thanks to the long and wise infusion process, a compound product is born, measured but at the same time of extraordinary vivacity.
Historically royal drink, it can be considered the missing link between wine and liqueurs because it is based on white wine, alcohol, sugar and aromatic herbs / bitter. The history of wines infused with herbs and spices is very long and begins with the wines of the Greeks and Romans to then cross Germany until you reach Italy, where in 1786 the first Piedmontese vermouth was born. Even in the Lombard capital soon begins to spread the culture of vermouth, giving rise to a completely independent and 100% Milanese style review. There are so many secrets hidden behind the production of this drink as mysterious as it is fascinating: from the new techniques for flavouring the wine, to the herbs and plants used in its preparation. Everyone has their own secret, and Natale Mario is no exception.
